Wyandot County Public Health welcomes new WIC director

Krystina Auble has joined the Wyandot County Public Health and Wyandot County Women Infants and Children (WIC) program staff as the new WIC Director.

Auble was hired in May and replaces former WIC Director Arlene Schriner who retired in June after six years with Wyandot County WIC.

Auble started her career at Hancock County WIC as the breastfeeding coordinator and now is excited to help the Wyandot County WIC program grow. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and her Masters of Public Health in Dietetics from the University of Michigan. Krystina is a registered and licensed dietitian and is a Certified Lactation Counselor.

In her free time, Auble enjoys reading memoirs, and getting outdoors to hike and kayak. She also enjoys spending time with her adorable nephews.
