Wyandot County Public Health is beginning to schedule COVID vaccines for the public. The vaccine that we are administering is made by Moderna. If you have received a call from Wyandot County Public Health and scheduled an appointment, feel free to print the front and back page of the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration form, and fill it out before arriving for your appointment. Discount Drug Mart located at 1155 E. Wyandot Avenue in Upper Sandusky will also be administering the COVID-19 vaccine. They will be using the Pfizer vaccine. It is important to note that you must get both doses of the same vaccine. You cannot mix and match Pfizer and Moderna.
