COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Wyandot County Public Health is beginning to schedule COVID vaccines for the public. The vaccine that we are administering is made by Moderna. If you have received a call from Wyandot County Public Health and scheduled an appointment, feel free to print the front and back page of the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration form, and fill it out before arriving for your appointment. Thank you! We are excited to be able to help protect Wyandot County!

Discount Drug Mart located at 1155 E. Wyandot Avenue in Upper Sandusky will also be administering the COVID-19 vaccine. They will be using the Pfizer vaccine. It is important to note that you must get both doses of the same vaccine. You cannot mix and match Pfizer and Moderna.
