Start Smart: Schedule back-to-school immunizations now

UPPER SANDUSKY, Ohio — Wyandot County Public Health is offering back-to-school immunizations for students entering kindergarten, seventh grade, and senior year.

Getting back-to-school immunizations is a crucial first step in ensuring Wyandot County students have a safe and healthy year.

Immunizations are available by appointment on Mondays and Fridays at Wyandot County Public Health, 127-A S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky. Immunization appointments may also be scheduled for a special Carey Back-to-School clinic from 2-6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at the Carey Depot Building, 200 E. Findlay St., Carey.

To schedule back-to-school immunizations, contact Wyandot County Public Health at 419-294-3852. Those who are uninsured or underinsured are encouraged to ask about reduced cost vaccine options when scheduling.
