The Wyandot County Health Alliance is seeking the opinions of Wyandot County residents regarding quality of life as part of it's community health improvment planning process.
To help the health alliance as it creates the community health improvement plan, community members are asked to take this 13-question survey now. It is available through Feb. 7. The survey takes the average respondent 5 minutes to complete.
