National Thaw Day

Oh no! We forgot to remind you that yesterday was National Thaw Day--the Thursday before Thanksgiving. It's the day you're supposed to put your frozen turkey in the fridge so it will be sufficiently thawed to cook for Thanksgiving. You should still have plenty of time even if you do it today, especially since we're having smaller gatherings (and smaller turkeys!) due to COVID-19 this year.
