July 23, 2020: COVID-19 Update

July 23, 2020 Wyandot County Public Health COVID-19 Update:

Today we are reporting a total of 84 coronavirus cases.  This includes 67 lab-confirmed cases, 10 probable cases, and 7 probable cases based on positive antibody tests in Wyandot County.  There are currently no patients hospitalized for COVID-19.  Of the reported individuals, there have been 5 deaths and 60 recoveries.  Do not rely on the number of positive tests to determine when you need to protect yourself.  Please continue to practice social distancing, wear face coverings in public, and self-quarantine when possible.  

As of 2:00 PM Thursday, the Ohio Department of Health has reported 80,186 confirmed and probable cases, 9,968 hospitalizations, and 3,256 deaths in Ohio.  For additional statewide case information, download the COVID Summary data spreadsheet here:  https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/static/COVIDSummaryData.csv
