Uncertified copies of birth or death certificates are no longer available.

As part of Amended Substitute House Bill 66 (ORC 3705.242), the price of certified copies of birth and death certificates has increased by $1.50. The fee increase will be used to fund the Family Violence Prevention Fund, which the bill created. The current price for a certified birth or death certificate is $20.
 
 

All Wyandot County birth and deaths from 1908 to present are recorded at the Wyandot County Health Department. Births and Deaths from 1867 to 1908 are recorded in the Probate Division of the Wyandot County Courthouse.
