BREAST HEALTH INITIATIVE

The Wyandot County Health Department received funding from the Northwest Ohio Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation.  The Health Department collaborates with Wyandot Memorial Hospital Radiology to access free mammograms or breast ultrasounds for income eligible Crawford, Hardin, and Wyandot County women and men between the ages of 19 and 64 years.  The Wyandot County Breast Health Initiative is currently accepting applications for the program.  Please call Wyandot County Health during business hours for more information!  For regional information on the Komen Foundation, please visit www.komennwohio.org.
