Quadrivalent Flu shots
3 years and older $45 per dose
6-35 months $51 per dose
Medicare part B, Medicaid, and contracted insurance plans are accepted as payment.
For those who do not have insurance or a plan we are not contracted with, a discounted rate
of $40 per vaccine will apply. Payment is due at time of service.
